How to Assemble

1) The Mando Junior comes fully assembled with the finger protector.
2) When reassembling the product after cleaning, lay the Mando Junior on the countertop, with the blade facing down.
3) Push down the movable surface of the Mando Junior with one hand.
4) While pushing down the movable surface with one hand, position one side of the slider at the body.
5) Make sure the pin at the side of the slider is placed in the cut-out at the side of body where the thickness is indicated.
6) Pull the end of the other side of the slider toward the middle of the body to push the slider down.
7) Let the pin of the slider fit into the cut-out.
8) Release the movable surface.
9) Bring the Mando Junior to its locking position.

How to Disassemble

1) The Mando Junior comes fully assembled and includes finger protector. All parts easily come apart for cleaning.
2) Lay the Mando Junior on the countertop, with the blade facing down.
3) Push down on the movable surface of the Mando Junior with one hand.
4) While pushing down the movable surface with one hand, place the thumb from the other hand at one end of the slider.
5) Pull the end toward the middle of the Mando Junior body until the pin at the side of the slider is released from the opening at the sides of the body.
6) Remove the other side of the slider.
7) Release the movable surface.

How to Adjust Thickness Setting

• Adjusting the thickness setting on the Mando Junior is easy and can be done with one hand.
• Hold the Mando Junior by the handle with one hand: thumb on top of the handle, fingers underneath.
• Reach with your fingers for the slider. The slider has a rim at the short side to provide a good grip.
• Starting from the locked position, pull the slider toward the handle to get to the first thickness setting.
• You will hear a click and feel more resistance when the slider has snapped into place.
• The innovative slider design lets you change thicknesses during use to prepare your favorite dishes without slowing you down. The closer you pull the slider toward the handle, the thicker the slices.

How to Clean

• Wash and dry your product before first use.
• To clean the Mando Junior, disassemble slider from body. We recommend cleaning the Mando Junior immediately after use.
• To protect the Mando Junior's blade, handwashing is recommended.
• The finger protector is dishwasher safe and should be placed in open position for efficient cleaning.
• Thoroughly dry the Mando Junior body and slicer. Be careful! DO NOT touch the blade with your fingers.
• Store Mando Junior with slider in locked position.

Note: The product is not designed to scoop ice cream which can be very hard and could damage the product.

How to assemble:

1. Assemble the wiper in its corresponding spoon, by fitting the little knob of the wiper in the hole on top of the scoop head.
2. Once the knob is correctly placed, push the connection part of the wiper down in the connection part of the scoop. You need to hear a click, which means it's securely in place.
3. Hold the handle without pushing the lever and insert the scoop head into it. Make sure you assemble the product with the inside of the scoop facing you and the lever part on the right. Make sure that the wiper is oriented on the right when assembling. If the wiper is oriented on the left in the spoon, the product will not function correctly.
4. Make sure not to push the scoop head too fast into the handle when assembling. You need to hear a “click” which will ensure that the scoop is assembled.

Note: To assemble the product correctly, remember that the wiper always needs to be on the right side of the scoop head.

How to Disassemble:

1. Hold the handle with one hand and the scoop head with the other hand. Push on the release button on the back to unlock the scoop head.
2. At the same time, pull the scoop head out to remove it from the handle.
3. To remove the wiper, hold the scoop head with one hand, and with the other hand, pull on the bottom part of the wiper.
4. Release the wiper from the scoop head.

How to Clean:

• The Portioning Scoops are dishwasher safe.
• For better results, the product should be placed disassembled in the dishwasher.
• In order not to lose the wiper, we recommend that you place it in the cutlery rack or basket or wash it by hand.
• After disassembling all parts, you can also clean your product in hot soapy water.
• Before storing the Portioning Scoops, thoroughly dry.

How to Open

• Place closed container on a table or another stable surface.
• Hold container with one hand.
• With other hand, pull tab up to remove lid from base.

How to Close

• Place container on a table or another stable surface.
• Align lid with base.
• Push down on circular symbols on lid until you hear the "click" that tells you container is closed.

How to Clean

• Always wash and dry product before first use.
• Product is dishwasher safe.
• After storing ingredients with high staining properties, make sure to immediately rinse container with cold water before putting into dishwasher.
• Use a low-temperature setting on your dishwasher to save energy and protect the environment.

How to Store

How to Snap Lids:

• The magic behind our snapping lids is the indent on the edge of the lid, the small rib and notches that connect easily together. Stack the lids with their tabs facing the same way, and press on the circular symbols until you hear a "click" sound.
• To separate lids, grab a tab in the same way as opening the container.
