DESCRIPTION

Our Rectangular Cake Taker can hold a single- or double-layer cake up to 9 x 13 inches/23 x 33 cm big, or its tray can flip to hold up to 18 standard cupcakes in their own little wells.

Its specially-durable, protective cover fits snugly on the tray to keep baked goods as fresh as when they left your kitchen.

Instead of depending on the fit of the cover to lift the tray, the carrying handle locks in to the tray itself for secure lifting and worry-free transporting.

To lock the cover onto the tray: Place the cover on the tray so the handle tabs insert into the tray slots. Push down the two small clips to prevent the tabs from leaving the slots.

To limit scratches on the tray while cutting, use an icing knife or cake server (such as Tupperware® Narrow Spatula or Tupperware® Pastry Cutter & Server) and avoid using sharp knives or any other sharp metal tool.

TIPS

Tips

• For best results, cook on 50% power to start. Adjust time and microwave power level as you experiment with different recipes.
• If you're adding ingredients into eggs, use maximum of 2 eggs to stay within capacity.
• Add 1 tbsp. water or milk to egg mixture for a more fluffy texture when making omelets.

Express omelet

• Gently whisk 3 eggs with some salt and pepper. (Optional: add 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs or grated cheese, diced ham…)
• Pour into the Breakfast Maker, cover and microwave for 3 to 4 min at 350-450 watts.
• Allow to stand for 2 min before serving.

Express poached eggs

• Place Egg Poachers into Breakfast Maker.
• Pour 3 tbsp. water into each Egg Poacher; water fill line should be completely covered.
• Crack 1 egg into each Egg Poacher filled with water. Poke the egg yolk once with a toothpick and then place cover onto the Breakfast Maker.
• Microwave for 1 min. 20 secs to 1 min. 40 secs at 600 watts, depending on microwave and desired doneness of egg yolk. Let stand for 1 min.
• Eggs can be placed on baguette with arugula, bacon, tomato and avocado if desired.

USE AND CARE

• One of silicone's properties is its ability to absorb fat, which it gradually releases after usage. The form will have a greasy feeling and a white deposit. To preserve your silicone form, wash inside and outside with soapy water and dry carefully before each use to remove any possible greasy/white residue.
• Before filling the form, place it on a cold, clean oven rack or baking sheet.
• Greasing or baking sprays are not needed when baking with our Silicone Forms. They could even damage the material. Only when molding in the fridge or freezer, such as recipes with gelatin, should a small amount of oil be used to help with unmolding.
• Our Silicone Baking Form can handle heat; however, it cannot be used on the stovetop or with the grill function of your oven, microwave, or broiler.
• Always preheat the oven before baking (remove the oven rack before preheating).
• Always use oven gloves when removing the silicone form from the microwave or conventional oven. Always remove it together with the oven rack.
• Be gentle! Cut what you've cooked on a serving tray, cutting board, or plate… but never in the baking form. Really… never!
• Some foods can cause staining, but this will not affect the product’s performance.

TIPS

• Results may vary with individual ovens; please adapt your cooking times accordingly.
• Microwave cooking works great with our silicone form.
• To bake in the microwave, first remove the microwave turntable and fill the form on the turntable. Most turntables can be removed from the microwave for easier filling of the form.
• For recipes using a conventional oven: when nothing is specified in the recipe, use upper and lower heat, without convection.
• Allow the baking form to stand for at least 5 minutes before unmolding.

The terry weave of our unique Recycled Dish Drying Towel is a super-absorbent loop weave that maximizes absorbency, making drying dishes, countertops, sinks, and other household surfaces a breeze.

Microfiber is one of the finest fibers of any textile, even finer than silk. It's less than half the size of silk; 75-80% smaller than flax, wool, or cotton; and 100 times finer than a human hair.

Even being so thin, its length gets split into 4 to 32 equal sections to pick up moisture and hold it into those tiny sections. The more times the microfiber yarn is split, the more moisture it can hold.
